Switch Building means those certain premises consisting of approximately 1,650 square feet of building space located at the end of the driveway adjacent to ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, currently leased to Comcast of California IX, Inc.
