/SWISS TRANSFER definition
/SWISS TRANSFER has the meaning given to it in paragraph 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 5;
/SWISS TRANSFER means any Asset Transfer involving fixtures, machinery and equipment in which such assets are located in the United Kingdom immediately before the Asset Transfer and are located in Switzerland immediately after the Asset Transfer.
