Swingline Loan Facility definition

Swingline Loan Facility is defined in Section 2.3.3.
Swingline Loan Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Loan Commitment at such time. For the avoidance of doubt, the Swingline Loan Facility is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility.
Swingline Loan Facility means the loan facility provided by the Swingline Lender to the Borrower pursuant to Article III hereof.

  • The aggregate principal amount of the Indebtedness evidenced by the Swingline Loan Facility is referred to as the “Swingline Loan”.

  • Pursuant to various loan agreements and documents, the Lender Group has extended certain Revolving Loans (the "Revolving Credit Facility"), Swingline Loans (the "Swingline Loan Facility), and a Term Loan Facility (the "Term Loan Facility" and, together with the Revolving Credit Facility and the Swingline Loan Facility, the "Facilities") to the Borrowers.

  • Notwithstanding the Facilities herein, Borrower, Administrative Agent and each Lender acknowledge and agree that at no time shall the Aggregate Revolving Loan Facility, the Swingline Loan Facility, the Aggregate Floorplan Loan Facility, the Interim Floorplan Loan Facility, all unfunded Approvals, and the Letter of Credit Exposure exceed $125,000,000 in the aggregate ("Total Aggregate Facility Limit").
