Swing Sublimit definition

Swing Sublimit. As to each Swing Bank, an amount equal to the amount set forth opposite such Bank’s name on Schedule 1 under the caption “Swing Line Sublimit”. The AMERICAS/2023306744.4 aggregate Swing Sublimit for all Swing Banks is $520,000,000. The Swing Sublimit of each Swing Bank is part of, and not in addition to, the Total Commitment.
Swing Sublimit means $15,000,000.
Swing Sublimit is defined in Section 2.3(b).
