Swing performer definition

Swing performer is an Employee who is engaged to understudy multiple roles in a production and who does not normally appear costumed on stage before an audience during the performance. Agreement may be reached between the Employee and the Employer that the Employee can appear costumed on stage during the performance for up to three musical numbers. Such appearances shall not exceed fifteen minutes duration within a performance except in exceptional circumstances.

Examples of Swing performer in a sentence

  • If a member of the Ensemble is designated to Swing an Ensemble number in a production and is not hired solely as a full Swing performer (see above), Ensemble shall receive not less than $25 per week in addition to Ensemble' weekly contractual salary for each such number so assigned.

  • A Partial Swing is a member of the Chorus who is designated to Swing a Chorus number in a production and is not hired solely as a full Swing performer.

Related to Swing performer

  • L/C Obligations means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate amount available to be drawn under all outstanding Letters of Credit plus the aggregate of all Unreimbursed Amounts, including all L/C Borrowings. For purposes of computing the amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.06. For all purposes of this Agreement, if on any date of determination a Letter of Credit has expired by its terms but any amount may still be drawn thereunder by reason of the operation of Rule 3.14 of the ISP, such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be “outstanding” in the amount so remaining available to be drawn.

  • Swing Line Obligations means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of all Swing Line Loans outstanding.

  • Protective Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04.

  • Protective Advances has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.3(d)(i) of the Agreement.
