Swing Load Gas definition
Swing Load Gas does not include Emergency Load Gas.
Swing Load Gas means Available Uncommitted Gas sold to an Alaska Customer on any given day in excess of the Base Load Gas sold to such Alaska Customer on such day. “Swing Load Gas” does not include “Emergency Load Gas.”
Swing Load Gas means Gas sold to Buyer on any given Day in excess of the Base Load Gas sold to Buyer on such Day, as determined in accordance with Section 7.1(B)(2). “Swing Load Gas” does not include Emergency Load Gas.
