SWING LINE REVOLVING COMMITMENT definition
SWING LINE REVOLVING COMMITMENT means, with respect to the Swing Line Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name in Annex I as its “Swing Line Revolving Commitment” as the same may be reduced from time to time pursuant to any one or more of sections 6.1, 6.2 and 12.2 or adjusted from time to time as a result of assignments to or from the Swing Line Lender pursuant to section 15.4. As of the Closing Date, the Swing Line Revolving Commitment shall be $20,000,000.
SWING LINE REVOLVING COMMITMENT means, with respect to the Swing Line Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Lender's name in Annex I as its "Swing Line Revolving Commitment" as the same may be reduced from time to time pursuant to section 4.2, 4.3 and/or 10.2 or adjusted from time to time as a result of assignments to or from the Swing Line Lender pursuant to section 12.4.
