Swimming pool, private definition
Swimming pool, private means a structure located on privately owned property, used and maintained for the purpose of swimming or wading.
Swimming pool, private means any in-ground, on-ground, or above-ground permanently affixed pool filled or capable of being filled with water to a depth greater than thirty (30) inches at any point therein and maintained solely for use by a property owner and guests as an accessory use and structure to a residence.
Swimming pool, private means a swimming pool operated as a secondary use to a residential dwelling unit or units and located on an individual residential lot.
