Swimming Pool Area definition

Swimming Pool Area means the swimming pool plus any surrounding platforms, walkways, play areas and landscaped areas within the swimming pool enclosure.
Swimming Pool Area means the swimming pool and any surrounding platforms, walkways, play areas and landscaped areas which lie within the swimming pool enclosure; and
Swimming Pool Area means an Outdoor Swimming Pool and includes any surrounding platforms, walkways, play areas, landscaped areas or structures within the Swimming Pool Enclosure.

Swimming Pool Area means the area within an enclosure and shall, as a minimum, include the access walkway.

  • Swimming pool means any natural or artificial basin of water intended for public swimming or recreational bathing which exceeds 2'6" in depth as specified in the Illinois Swimming Pool and Bathing Beach Act and Code (77 Ill.   • high-efficiency cogeneration means cogeneration meeting the criteria laid down in Annex II;

  • water meter means any apparatus for measuring or showing the volume of water supplied to, or of effluent discharged from any premises;
