Swimmers. It is my responsibility to enter my swimmer(s) for invitational meets per provided instructions. After the communicated CBST team deadline I will be responsible for all invitational meet entry fees whether my swimmer attends the meet and swims the events or not and exceptions cannot be made for any reason including illness, weather, etc. as CBST-▇▇▇ must pay the host team ahead of time and regardless of personal issues that may arise. • Swimmers: Invitational meet entry fees will be billed via my account, and I should not make a separate payment when registering for an invitational meet. • Divers: Invitational meet entry fees will be paid in the manner described when the meet is announced which may be via my account or through payment outside the online system. • There is no inactivation or early termination if my child(ren) decides to no longer continue participating and if my child(ren) decides to leave the program for any reason before I have fulfilled the above commitment, I am responsible for all remaining payments.
