SwiftComply Data definition

SwiftComply Data means any aggregated and normalized key metrics and data collected by SwiftComply for the delivery of the SwiftComply Service.

SwiftComply Data means any metrics, information, or data (a) that Consultant collects for the provision of the SwiftComply Service and (b) that is de-identified, anonymized, aggregated, and normalized, such that the resulting metrics, information, or data cannot be subjected to re-identification with Anaheim or any of Anaheim’s customers (individually or categorically). For purposes of this definition, the following terms mean:

Examples of SwiftComply Data in a sentence

  • All rights in and to the SwiftComply Service not expressly granted to Customer in this Agreement are hereby expressly reserved and retained by SwiftComply without restriction, including, without limitation, SwiftComply's right to sole ownership of the SwiftComply API, SwiftComply Modules, SwiftComply Data, SwiftComply Websites, Documentation and Software.

  • Information Privacy and Security Laws means all applicable Legal Requirements relating to the processing, use, disclosure, collection, privacy, processing, transfer or security of Protected Information, surveillance, espionage or national security and all regulations promulgated and guidance issued by Governmental Bodies thereunder.

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Consumer Information Any personally identifiable information in any form (written electronic or otherwise) relating to a Mortgagor, including, but not limited to: a Mortgagor’s name, address, telephone number, Mortgage Loan number, Mortgage Loan payment history, delinquency status, insurance carrier or payment information, tax amount or payment information; the fact that the Mortgagor has a relationship with the Seller or Servicer or the originator of the related Mortgage Loan; and any other non-public personally identifiable information.

  • Information Regulator means the Information Regulator as established in terms of Section 39 of POPIA;
