The theoretical MMBtu’s allocable to Supplier from the Commingled Residue Gas shall be determined by subtracting the sum of 1) the MMBtu’s removed from the Plant Inlet Volume as Liquid Hydrocarbon Products (determined as provided Paragraph V of this Exhibit A) and 2) the MMBtu’s allocable to the Plant Inlet Volume as Plant Fuel Gas from the theoretical MMBtu’s delivered to the Receipt Points in the Committed Gas (determined as provided in Paragraph II.C of this Exhibit A) during the Accounting Period.
