Sweet potatoes means all sweet potatoes of the grades as recommended
Sweet potatoes means and includes all kinds and varieties of green and cured sweet potatoes grown in the affected area, and all kinds and varieties of green and cured sweet potatoes marketed in the State of South Carolina regardless of the geographic area of production.
