Sweep Amount definition

Sweep Amount has the meaning given to that term in the Treasury Side Letter;
Sweep Amount means the amount that may be withdrawn from the Separate Account by MetLife when the book value of the assets in the Separate Account exceeds the sum of (i) 105% of the book value of the liability under all group annuity contracts issued with the Separate Account and (ii) 100% of the Separate Account Interest Maintenance Reserve, as described in Table IV.
Sweep Amount means, unless indicated otherwise in joint written instruction from the Seller Parties and the Buyers to the Escrow Agent:

Examples of Sweep Amount in a sentence

  • Any amount remaining after payment of the Lockbox Payments and the Borrower Sweep Amount shall be reserved by the Lender and applied toward the payment of principal, interest, fees and expenses on the Revolving Loan Maturity Date or upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default.

More Definitions of Sweep Amount

Sweep Amount means, for each Sweep Date, the amount (if any) by which the balance of the Working Capital Reserve Account exceeds $10,000,000, determined as of the next Business Day following the Payment Date which immediately follows the June 30th of each calendar year during the term of the Loan preceding the applicable Sweep Date. “Sweep Amounts” shall mean, collectively, each Sweep Amount applied under this Section.
Sweep Amount means, on any Business Day, the collected balance of funds in a Company's Checking Account at the close of the immediately preceding Business Day, less any amount specified by the Company as a minimum balance that shall remain in the Company's Checking Account.

  • Advance Amount means, with respect to any Asset for which any Liquidation Proceeds are received, the product of (i) the Maximum Advance Rate and (ii) the Collateral Balance of such Asset immediately prior to the sale or payment that gave rise to such Liquidation Proceeds.

  • True-Up Amount means the difference between the ABO calculated by using the member’s actual creditable service and the actual final average compensation as of the member’s effective date in the FRS Investment Plan and the ABO initially transferred.

  • Required Reserve Fund Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is less than 0.25%, the amount, if any by which (a) the product of 1.00% and the Pool Balance for such date exceeds (b) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is equal to or greater than 0.25%, the amount, if any, by which (i) $1,000 exceeds (ii) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. Provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which the Class Principal Amount of each Class of LIBOR Certificates has been reduced to zero, the Required Reserve Fund Amount shall be zero.
