SWD Well definition
SWD Well means a disposal well on the AMI Lands used for the purpose of injecting Produced Water into the ground.
SWD Well means, with respect to a Contributed Entity or any Subsidiary thereof, each Produced Water disposal well owned and operated by such Contributed Entity or Subsidiary.
SWD Well means any existing wellbore acquired for the purpose of converting it to a saltwater disposal well or an injection well or, in the event no suitable existing wellbore can be acquired for such purposes, a new well drilled for the purpose of disposing or injecting produced water.
