SWD Infrastructure definition

SWD Infrastructure means, collectively, saltwater disposal ▇▇▇▇▇ and facilities, saltwater transportation assets, easements, right-of-way, surface leases and surface lands, buildings, electrical distribution lines, pumps, drives, tanks, tubing, casing, pipeline networks and telecommunications networks, including supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) facilities, and all other surface, electrical and other equipment and rights used in the disposal of saltwater from ▇▇▇▇▇ from time to time, including any other infrastructure assets of NDL (or its successor) for which NSE is required to pay pursuant to the terms of any joint operating agreement or similar instrument.
