Swap Security Agreement definition

Swap Security Agreement means that certain Share Charge, dated 28 June 2016, by Teekay Holdings Limited in favour of Citibank, N.A., London Branch, as collateral agent, as it may be amended or modified from time to time.
Swap Security Agreement means, with respect to a Swap, the Interest Rate Hedge Security, Pledge and Assignment Agreement by and among the Borrower, the Lender and the Servicer, for the benefit of the Lender, in the form attached as Exhibit C to this Agreement, as such agreement may be amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.
