Swap Inventory definition
Swap Inventory means, as to each Borrower other than Pacific Ag, Inventory of such Borrower consisting of ethanol finished goods with respect to which such Borrower has entered into a Hedge Agreement with ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo or an Affiliate thereof, providing for coverage with respect to such Eligible Inventory in an amount equal to, on any date of determination, at least 100% of the Value thereof.
Swap Inventory means, as to each Borrower other than Pacific Ag, Inventory of such Borrower consisting of ethanol finished goods with respect to which such Borrower has entered into a Hedge Agreement with Wells Fargo or an Affiliate thereof, providing for coverage with respect to such Eligible Inventory in an amount equal to, on any date of determination, at least 100% of the Value thereof.
