Swap Factor. With respect to the Swap Agreement, the factor indicated in the “Additional Terms” section of the Confirmation of the Swap Agreement.
Swap Factor. With respect to any Swap Payment Date and the Swap Agreement, the factor listed on Schedule VII hereto.
