All notices and demands provided for hereunder shall be in writing and shall be given by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, telecopy, air courier guaranteeing overnight delivery, electronic mail or personal delivery to the addresses listed on the signature pages with respect to the Purchasers or SVVC or to such other address as the Purchasers or SVVC may designate in writing.
