This MOU broadly defines the mode & methodology of operations and spells out the rights & responsibilities of the parties hereto with respect to Supply/installation/deployment of “PARAM Shavak Supercomputing Facility” at at SVNIT for capability building in the area of High Performance Computing and Deep Learning.

If there is delay in the execution/ completion of the project due to any reasons not attributable to CDAC, SVNIT shall grant time extension and additional funds if required in such a situation.
The contact person is expected to have a reasonably good understanding of the operations, processes, and requirements of the current and future IT infrastructure at SVNIT.
