SVK definition

SVK means the Samarkand Regional Production Enterprise Suvokova, a legal entity established under the Law of the Borrower on Enterprises by the decision of the Ministry of Public Utilities and Housing of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 28 of October 2, 1992, or any successor thereto.

  • Except as otherwise explicitly authorized herein, SVK MOD may NOT: (a) copy, reproduce, or publish the Database; (b) electronically transfer the Database to multiple computers over a network system; (c) distribute copies of the Database or accompanying materials to others; (d) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Database or create derivative works based on the Database; (e) assign, rent, lend, or sublease the Database; or (f) sell or transfer the Database.

  • THIS WARRANTY GIVES SVK MOD SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND SVK MOD MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

  • SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE LENGTH OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO SVK MOD.

  • This Agreement will automatically terminate if SVK MOD fails to comply with any term of this Agreement.

  • SVK MOD shall not attempt to, or knowingly export or re- export the Services or any products using such Services covered under this Agreement (including all supplements attached hereto) to any country, or national thereof, prohibited from obtaining such data, either directly or indirectly through affiliates, licensees or subsidiaries of SVK MOD.

  • No waiver or modification of any of the terms hereof by SVK MOD shall be valid unless in writing and signed by Jeppesen and SVK MOD.

  • In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the MSA, Jeppesen expressly warrants for the sole benefit of SVK MOD that it has accurately graphically depicted the flight procedures prescribed by applicable government authorities, and that it has accurately communicated the information obtained from other sources, including SVK MOD, which is depicted on its maps and charts or otherwise contained in the Services.

  • SVK MOD shall observe complete confidentiality with regard to all aspects of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Intellectual Property in any form whatsoever.

  • In addition to one of the above Services, pilot supplies and other accessories offered by Jeppesen are available to SVK MOD.

  • Like reading a book, only SVK MOD may utilize the Software and Data on one computer at one time.
