SVG Rules definition
SVG Rules means the Law which provides for the regulation of persons carrying on securities investment business, including market makers, broker-dealers, securities arrangers, securities advisors and securities managers, in or from Saint ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Grenadines, and for the Provision of Investment Services, the Exercise of Investment Activities, the Operation of Regulated Markets and other related matters, the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering Activities Law, the Directives, Circulars and all other regulations issued pursuant to these Laws and all guidance notes, administrative notices, newsletters and rules published by Saint ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Grenadines Monetary Authority.
