SVCL definition

SVCL shall refer to SIDBI Trustee Company Limited, a Shareholder of the Target as of the Execution Date, being the trustee of a trust namely SIDBI Social Venture Trust duly registered as an Alternative Investment Fund, and having launched a scheme titled ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fund, acting through SIDBI Venture Capital Limited, its investment manager.
