Sustaining Activities definition

Sustaining Activities means, with respect to O&M Activities, those activities and undertakings of a capital nature which Opco determines after the Commissioning Date are necessary to sustain the LIL in proper operating condition during its Service Life;
Sustaining Activities means all activities and undertakings of a capital nature occurring during the Supply Period to replace or overhaul major assets and major components of the MF Plant, which do not occur annually and are necessary to sustain the MF Plant’s performance in accordance with Good Utility Practice, but for greater certainty excludes the Development Activities;

Examples of Sustaining Activities in a sentence

  • Sustaining Activities describe the Creative-Design Services, and other related resources available to the MTA, in addition to those listed in the phases of the MTA Customer Communications and Experience Scheme (7A-1-i,ii and iii), which are considered Base Level Services.

  • If the Partnership, pursuant to any Applicable Law, has any obligations under such Applicable Law Opco shall, except to the extent such obligations are Sustaining Activities, assume or perform or cause to be assumed or performed at Opco’s sole expense, all such obligations of the Partnership.

  • To this end, the Creative-Design Base Level Services are organized into Sustaining Activities and a series of phases focused on the support of the Additional Services work for the creation of the MTA Customer Communications and Experience Scheme.
