Suspended Payment definition

Suspended Payment means the cessation of payments by the City to the provider when a youth placed with the provider is not physically present and is not on an allowable absence.

For the avoidance of doubt, failure to deliver such notice or the failure of the recipient to receive such notice will not affect the Issuer’s ability to make payments according to the option it selected. Examples of Suspended Payment in a sentence

  • In the event an Order rejects the Buyer Indemnified Person’s right to be indemnified by Seller, any Suspended Payment shall be retroactively reinstated and, at the option of the Buyer, shall be immediately due and payable by Buyer to Seller.

The Issuer shall notify the holders of any such determination of an Inconvertibility Event and any action it elects to take in accordance with the foregoing, provided that failure to deliver such notice or the failure of the recipient to receive such notice will not affect the validity of the determination or the Issuer's election or its ability to make payments according to the option it selected.
