Survey Materials means all documents concerning proposed, pilot, preliminary, and completed surveys, studies, focus groups and polls and all reports and raw data pertaining thereto, including, but not limited to, interview sheets, interviewer instructions, list of interviewers, list of interviewees, sampling plans, demographic data, questionnaires, materials shown to interviewees, computer cards, computer printout sheets, any other computer input and outputs, work sheets, tabulations, and any statements of the method or program employed in evaluation or preparing the data and the like, and any opinion, evaluation, or report based thereon;

  • While IQMH will, using reasonable commercial means, ensure that Product shipments reach their destination in a timely and efficient manner, IQMH cannot guarantee nor warrants the delivery of the Survey Materials when due and shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery, including any delay caused by the Customer in providing the applicable import permits and documentation.

  • Licensee agrees to use the data resulting from Licensee’s administration of the Survey Materials only for the Approved Purpose and related academic or scientific uses.

  • Users are prohibited from: (1) displaying, copying or otherwise transferring the Survey and any of the Materials to any person not authorized to have access to the Survey and Materials obtained from the Site; (2) removing any copyright, trademark notice or proprietary notices from the Survey and Materials; and (3) using the Survey, Materials or the Site except as permitted in these Terms and Conditions.

Related to Survey Materials

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Background Materials means all Intellectual Property Rights, know-how, information, methodologies, techniques, tools, schemata, diagrams, ways of doing business, trade secrets, instructions manuals and procedures (including, but not limited, to software, documentation, and data of whatever nature and in whatever media) owned, developed or controlled by the Supplier which may have been created outside the scope, or independently of, the Services and/or this Agreement, and including all updates, modifications, derivatives or future developments thereof. Business Day: a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business. Business Systems: the information technology and communication systems, including networks, hardware, software and interfaces owned by, or licensed to, the Customers or any of its agents or contractors.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).
