surveillance programme definition
surveillance programme means a voluntary programme of testing and control measures undertaken in relation to a category C disease at an aquaculture establishment which is not participating in an eradication programme to achieve disease-free status, but where testing indicates that the aquaculture establishment is not infected with that category C disease.
