Surplus Items definition

Surplus Items shall have the meaning set forth in Section 20.8.
Surplus Items has the meaning set forth in section 4.04
Surplus Items means items owned by the Pipe Band but declared by the Quartermaster and Pipe Major, in consultation with the Executive, to be no longer needed by the Pipe Band regardless of their condition.

Examples of Surplus Items in a sentence

  • Prior to removal of the Surplus Items, Developer shall make a written offer to sell the Surplus Items to PacifiCorp which Developer, Contractor or any Subcontractor desire to sell.

  • Any of the Surplus Items left at the Site will become the property of PacifiCorp if not removed by Developer, Contractor or its Subcontractors within thirty (30) days after Final Acceptance (or such later date contemplated in any completion and demobilization procedure mutually agreed to by PacifiCorp and Developer).

  • All costs to dispose of the Surplus Items not removed by Developer within the thirty (30) days following Final Acceptance (or such later date contemplated in any completion and demobilization procedure mutually agreed to by PacifiCorp and Developer) and which PacifiCorp does not wish to keep shall be for the account of Developer.

  • In the case of Major Surplus Items, the disposal of which has been approved by the Joint Operating Committee, each of the Participants (including the Operator) shall be entitled for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of such approval to purchase such Major Surplus Items by giving notice to the Operator.

  • The Required Surplus Items, which shall be purchased and paid for in accordance with section 4.04.

  • The Buyer shall not be required to purchase any Inventory other than the Inventory required to build the products identified in the Six Month Production Schedules or the Required Surplus Items.

  • At the end of the twelve month period following the Closing (the "Twelve Month Period"), the Buyer shall be entitled to purchase any or all items of Inventory not identified in the Six Month Production Schedules (the "Surplus Items") such right being 198 10 exercisable by the Buyer notifying the Seller in writing of the Surplus Items it wishes to purchase (the "Required Surplus Items") at any time prior to the end of the Twelve Month Period.

  • In the event that any amount due by the Buyer in respect of the Required Surplus Items Consideration is not paid within thirty days of the due date the amount shall bear interest at twice the Interest Rate until payment of the amount due has been paid in full.

  • Surplus Items During the performance of the Work, and subject to Schedule A (Scope of Work), Contractor shall store and keep an inventory of all surplus Canadian Natural Items and Contractor Items.

  • Unless agreed otherwise by the Joint Operating Committee, the Operator shall dispose of Major Surplus Items in accordance with its normal procedures.
