Surge Fee definition
Surge Fee means the fee payable for the Customer to access surge capacity as determined by CBH from time to time.
Examples of Surge Fee in a sentence
If the Customer wishes to accelerate the movement of Grain over and above the transport resources acquired by CBH utilising the Grower Freight charges, a Surge Fee may apply.
We may change this Agreement by mailing or electronically delivering a notice explaining the change or changes and we will update this Agreement on our website.
If the Healthcare Professionals Professional Service exceeds twelve (12) continuous hours the Surge Fee applied will be the sum of two (2) times the sum of the negotiated and agreed hourly rate of the Healthcare Professionals Fee.
If the Customer wishes to accelerate the movement of Grain over and above the transport resources acquired by CBH utilising the Grower Freight charges a Surge Fee may apply.
