The Association has a right of entry onto the exterior of each Lot to the extent reasonably necessary to service and maintain any utility easements and drainage easements constituting part of the Common Property, the Surface Water/Stormwater Management System, or for any other purpose reasonably related to the Association's performance of any duty imposed, or the exercise of any right granted, by this Declaration.
Any repair or reconstruction of the Surface Water/Stormwater Management System shall be as permitted, or if modified, as approved by the SWFWMD.
The Association shall be responsible for such maintenance and operation of the entire Surface Water/Stormwater Management System within the Property, including, but not limited to, all ponds, canals, swale areas, retention areas, culverts, pipes and related appurtenances regardless of location or whether owned by the Association.
Maintenance of the Surface Water/Stormwater Management System(s) shall mean the exercise of practices that allow the systems to provide drainage, water storage, treatment, conveyance or other surface water or stormwater management capabilities as permitted by the SWFWMD.
