Surcharge Payment means the payment to Owner for Capital Items described in Section 8.1 for Condition 1 and Section 8.2 for Condition 2.

Examples of Surcharge Payment in a sentence

  • The Monthly Availability Payment and the Monthly Surcharge Payment shall each be computed in accordance with Schedule B.

  • Otherwise, Owner shall not be obligated to install any Capital Item unless CAISO is obligated to pay a Surcharge Payment for the Capital Item.
