Supported Sites definition

Supported Sites means the location(s) to which Services are to be provided, as set out in the applicable Order or SOW. Order Specific Terms: Cloud Services
Supported Sites means any locations specified on a Maintenance Services Order Form or Statement of Work. Supported Sites may have been referenced as Customer Premises, Customer Locations, and/or a similar defined term under the C1SI Legacy Master Agreement.
Supported Sites means Customer’s location(s) to which Services are to be provided, as set out in the applicable Order or SOW. “T&M Services” or “time and material Services” are Professional Services which are billed by Avaya based upon the time spent to perform the work and for the materials used.

Examples of Supported Sites in a sentence

  • Customer will provide all Supported Products and Supported Sites.

  • Licensor will earn royalties equal to 20 percent of the net revenue generated from inclusion of Content in the Advertising Supported Sites.

  • In return for the payment of applicable fees and subject to compliance with the terms of the SLSA, these Order Specific Terms, and the applicable Service Description or Service Agreement Supplement, Avaya will provide the Support or Managed Services (collectively “Services”) options selected by Customer for Supported Products at the Supported Sites set forth in the applicable Order.

  • Customer will provide all Supported Products, Supported Systems, and Supported Sites.

  • In exchange for the payment of the fees specified in the Order, Centre shall provide the Support and/or Services for the term of Service opted by Customer as set forth in a Support Services Agreement (”SSA”) and related Exhibits attached hereto for Supported Products or Supported Systems at Supported Sites and in accordance with the SSA’s respective Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement.

  • In exchange for the payment of the fees specified in the Order, Centre shall provide the Support and/or Services for the term of Service opted by Customer as set forth in a Proposal and related Exhibits attached hereto for Supported Products or Supported Systems at Supported Sites and in accordance with the Proposal’s respective Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement.

  • Except for Avaya hosted facilities identified in the SAS or Service Description, Customer will provide all Supported Products, Supported Systems and Supported Sites.

  • In return for the payment of applicable fees and subject to compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Avaya will provide the Support or Managed Services (collectively “Services” for this Section 3) options for Supported Products at the Supported Sites.

  • In return for the payment of the fees specified in the order, Avaya will provide the Maintenance/Managed Services options for Supported Products or Supported Systems at Supported Sites, as described further in this Agreement and the SAS or Service Description (“Services”).

  • In return for the payment of applicable fees and subject to compliance with the terms of the SLSA, Avaya will provide the Support Services or Managed Services options selected by Customer for Supported Products at the Supported Sites set out in the applicable Order or SD (collectively “Services” in these OST).


More Definitions of Supported Sites

Supported Sites means Customer’s location(s) to which Services are to be provided, as set out in the applicable Order or SOW.
Supported Sites means the locations listed in Schedule 3.4 where Supported Hardware is located or Services are to be provided, which are supported by PSC Personnel who are based at such locations.
Supported Sites are locations specified in the SSA. Monitoring. Centre may electronically monitor Supported Products and Supported Systems for the following purposes: (i) to perform remote diagnostics and corrective actions; (ii) to determine system configuration and applicable charges; (iii) to verify compliance with applicable software license terms and restrictions; (iv) when providing managed Services, to assess Customer needs for additional products or Services; (v) as otherwise provided in the Support Specifications.
