Supported PSM definition

Supported PSM means the Public Service Mutual which is receiving assistance under this Contract and is described in full at paragraph 5;
Supported PSM has the meaning attributed to it by the Award Letter.

  • In submitting a response to this ITT, you therefore agree, without limitation, to the Customer sharing the content of your Tender with the Supported PSM (as deemed appropriate by the Customer).

  • When handling Customer or Supported PSM data, the Supplier will ensure the security of the data is maintained in line with the protective marking given to that data by the Customer, Parent Body or Potential PSM and by adopting any security procedures specified by the Customer or Supported PSM and set out in the Award Letter or Specification or subsequently agreed with the Supported PSM.

  • The Customer and Supported PSM will be responsible for maintaining the security of their respective premises in accordance with their standard security requirements.
