Supported Programs definition

Supported Programs means all versions of the Hubble Software for which Support is offered pursuant to the then current Service Level Policies in effect.
Supported Programs means the then-current Major Version or LTS Version of the listed software programs running in a "Compatible Configuration" and, for a period of twelve (12) months after introduction of a new Major Version of such program or for a period of eighteen (18) months after introduction of a new LTS Version, the immediately preceding Major Version or LTS Version of the software program. "Compatible Configuration" shall mean (i) the Programs are installed to the correct software and hardware (if applicable) system as specified in the Documentation, (ii) all software and hardware has been configured properly in accordance with the Documentation or appropriate third- party vendor’s documentation (as applicable), and (iii) the Programs are used properly in accordance with the Documentation.
Supported Programs means the then current version of the listed software programs running the specified operating system software and the immediately preceding version of such sort program. Sybase will provide two certification test vouches.

Examples of Supported Programs in a sentence

  • Customer is responsible for ensuring that all appropriate personnel are trained and familiar with the operation and use of the Supported Programs and associated equipment.

  • Customer is responsible for undertaking the proper supervision, control and management of its use of the Supported Programs, including, but not limited to: (a) assuring proper Supported Environment configuration, Supported Programs installation and operating methods; and (b) following industry standard procedures for the security of data, accuracy of input and output, and back-up plans, including restart and recovery in the event of hardware or software error or malfunction.

  • LogRhythm will provide Updates for the Supported Programs as and when developed for general release in LogRhythm’s sole discretion.

  • Customer's implementation or production use of the Supported Programs is continuing and there is no work being impeded at the time.

  • Customer requests information, an enhancement, or documentation clarification regarding the Supported Programs but there is no impact on the operation of the Supported Programs.

  • Customer's implementation or production use of the Supported Programs is continuing but not stopped; however, there is a serious impact on the Customer's productivity and/or service levels.

  • Siebel shall, from time to time, in its sole discretion, make Updates to Supported Programs available to Distributor at no additional charge except for media and handling charges.

  • Maintenance covers Supported Programs during both implementation and production use of such Programs.

  • This access must include the ability to remotely access the equipment on which the Supported Programs are operating and to obtain the same access to the equipment as those of Customer’s employees having the highest privilege or clearance level.

  • LogRhythm shall provide Updates for the Supported Programs as and when developed for general release in LogRhythm’s sole discretion.


More Definitions of Supported Programs

Supported Programs means all versions of the Hubble Software for which Support is offered pursuant to the then current Service Level Policies in effect. These Hubble Software Subscription Terms, the General Terms and Conditions incorporated by reference herein and the Order Form(s) (collectively, the “Agreement”) are made and entered into as of the Order Date of the first Order Form (the “Effective Date”) executed between (a) the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ entity identified in the General Terms and Conditions (such entity to be referred to herein as “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇”), and
Supported Programs means the then-current version and immediately preceding version of the listed software programs running the specified operating system software.
Supported Programs means the Licensed Materials and the Development Software.
