Supported Party definition

Supported Party means a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Contractor that is obligated in respect of a Supported Obligation.
Supported Party means (i) prior to the completion of the initial public offering of shares of common stock of the Company (the "IPO"), Limited, and (ii) following the completion of the IPO, the Company.

  • When making any demand hereunder against the Company, the Indenture Trustee or other Supported Party need not make a similar demand on the Manager.

  • Licensed person means an individual who is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice a professional service by a court, department, board, commission, or an agency of this state or another jurisdiction, any corporation or professional services corporation all of whose shareholders are licensed persons, any partnership all of whose partners are licensed persons, or any limited liability company all of whose members and managers are licensed persons.

For the purposes of this definition, “control” when used with respect to any specified person means the power to direct the management and policies of such person, directly or indirectly, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise and the terms “controlling” and “controlled” have meanings correlative to the foregoing.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;
