Supported Application definition

Supported Application means an application that is supported by the Service;
Supported Application means the following applications: Adobe Experience Manager; Oracle Web Commerce; Sitecore Experience Platform; SAP Hybris Commerce; Magento Enterprise Edition; and certain standard or custom applications that utilize Java, .Net, or PHP as defined in the Service Order. Note that some applications may not be available in all regions.
Supported Application means the latest client-available Major Version of the Application (as so designated by Verisk) and the immediately preceding Major Version of the Application.

  • If any Supported Application or Service is, or in TriZetto's reasonable opinion is likely to be, held to be infringing, TriZetto shall at its option and sole expense either (a) procure the right for Client to continue using it, (b) replace it with a noninfringing equivalent reasonably satisfactory to Client, or (c) modify it to make it noninfringing.

  • New Application An application added to the Supported Application List.

  • If Client promptly notifies TriZetto in writing of a third party action against Client that any Service or Supported Application infringes upon a United States registered patent or a United States registered trademark or copyright, or misappropriates a trade secret, TriZetto will defend such action at its sole expense and will pay any and all costs or damages that are finally awarded against Client resulting from such action.

  • If CLIENT promptly notifies TriZetto in writing of a third party action against CLIENT that any Service or Supported Application infringes upon a United States registered patent or a United States registered copyright, TriZetto will defend such action at its expense and will pay any costs or damages that are finally awarded against CLIENT resulting from such action.

  • If an Application on the Supported Application List is changed because of ADS, or if the AMS requirements associated with an Application change, the Proportional AMS Application Fee may be adjusted, based on the scope of the change, as long as the anticipated AMS change is identified at the time the ADS or other development work is initially authorized.

  • We shall limit technical support of an inoperable Supported Application to restoring said Supported Application to its original state (fresh installation, with no data or customization).

  • During the period in which the replacement Supported Application is in production, TriZetto shall be entitled to the fees specified in EXHIBIT C related to the replaced application; provided, however, that, if TriZetto's costs to provide such alternative application(s) is materially different than those related to the replaced application, then the parties will mutually agree upon an equitable adjustment to such fees.

  • We will not be responsible for content, customization, or any other activities associated with the Supported Application, including any repair of the Supported Application should it stop working.

  • If CLIENT is unsatisfied with the replacement Supported Application after it has been in production for a period of sixty (60) days (the "Test Period"), then CLIENT shall have a one-time right to require TriZetto to remove such application as a Supported Application by giving TriZetto written notice at any time during a 60 day period following the Test Period.

Related to Supported Application

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Completed application means an application that satisfies all of the information and other requirements of the Tariff, including any required deposit.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.
