Support Task definition

Support Task means a specific incident lodged with Softlink Support Services by phone or email, and which is allocated a unique task number by Softlink.
Support Task means a specific instance of Ordering Activity’s access to Permuta expertise or technical support in connection with a Ordering Activity Support Plan.
