Support Service Hours definition

Support Service Hours has the meaning set out in clause 8.
Support Service Hours means 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday in Customer’s domicile as set out in the applicable Order.
Support Service Hours means those hours that Software Support and Maintenance is available to Licensee according to the Software Support and Maintenance Service Level ordered by Licensee.

Examples of Support Service Hours in a sentence

  • Should the upgrade be identified as a significant task in proportion to the number of Support Service Hours ordered, the Customer will be advised as such.
