Support Retail definition
Support Retail means specialty retail establishments and shall include those establishments identified as Retail Trade, Neighborhood Establishments; Eating and/or Drinking Establishments, and Retail Trade, Community-wide establishments in the Providence Zoning Ordinance. However, department stores and other general merchandise stores are specifically excluded from the definition of Support Retail.
