Support Professional definition

Support Professional means a person, other than a teacher or administrator, who is required to hold an educator license based upon at least a bachelor’s degree.
Support Professional means any individual, including, but not limited to, employees, agents or independent contractors, approved by Microsoft, of Company, who has any responsibility for providing any Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, supervisors and other management personnel.
