Support Policy definition

Support Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Support Terms (defined below).

Support Policy means the then-current version of the Support Policy for the particular Service Offering, as set forth in the applicable Service Description.

Support Policy means IFS’s policy document, as applicable and amended from time to time, further describing the contents and delivery of the Support Services.

• You will receive (a) support for Your Software, and (b) any updates, enhancements or improvements that are included or defined in the Support Policy.

• During a Subscription Term, DCC will provide Customer the level of support for the China Service set forth in the applicable Order Form, in accordance with the Support Policy.
