Support Matrix definition

Support Matrix means the NGFW Support and Feature Matrix (presently found at the following URL: https://support.rackspace.com/how-to/ngfw-feature-matrix/) as may be updated by Rackspace from time to time.

  • A Tier 1 (as defined in the Support Matrix in Exhibit B) ShotSpotter Customer Support specialist will be responsible for receiving Customer reports of missed incidents, or errors in the Subscription Services, and, to the extent practicable over email or telephone, making commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Customer in resolving the Customer’s reported problems.

Related to Support Matrix

  • Matrix (1 2 8 9) means a substantially continuous phase that fills the space between particles, whiskers or fibres.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.

  • Support Plan means a technical support offering that sets out the level of entitlements purchased by the Customer as described in detail in Schedule - Support Services.
