Support & Maintenance Term definition

Support & Maintenance Term means the duration of support and/or maintenance services that MobileIron must provide, as specified in the relevant Order. The initial Support & Maintenance Term shall commence when the Software is first made available for download by Customer. Any renewal Support & Maintenance Term shall commence upon the day immediately following the end of the then-current Support & Maintenance Term.

Examples of Support & Maintenance Term in a sentence

  • In the event Customer desires to reinitiate Support & Maintenance after the expiration or termination of any such Support & Maintenance Term, Customer shall be required to make an upfront payment equal to (a) all annual Support & Maintenance Fees that Customer would have been required to pay between the date of expiration or termination and the date of the reinstatement and (b) the current annual Support & Maintenance Fee.

  • Unless otherwise provided in the Software Order such Support & Maintenance Term will automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms, unless a party provides written notice of its intent not to renew at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of then-current Support & Maintenance Term.

  • During the Support & Maintenance Term, MobileIron shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide support services to Customer, as described below.

  • If the Support & Maintenance Term expires without renewal, this SMA shall terminate as of the expiration date.

  • MobileIron may revise the terms of this SMA, provided that: (a) such revision is made to its standard SMA terms made generally available to other customers, (b) MobileIron provides written/email notice of such revision at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Support & Maintenance Term, (c) such revisions only apply to renewal terms, and (d) renewal is subject to mutual agreement.

  • Fees for Support & Maintenance set forth in a Software Order, if any (“Support & Maintenance Fees”), are invoiced in advance of the applicable initial Support & Maintenance Term and each renewal Maintenance Term thereof.

  • TOTALCAE may revise the terms of this SMA, provided that: (a) such revision is made to its standard SMA terms made generally available to other customers, (b) TOTALCAE provides written/email notice of such revision at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Support & Maintenance Term, (c) such revisions only apply to renewal terms, and (d) renewal is subject to mutual agreement.

  • Unless otherwise provided in the Quote (a) such Support & Maintenance Term for Perpetual Licenses will automatically renew for successive 1-year terms, unless a party provides written notice of its intent not to renew at least 90 days prior to the end of then-current Support & Maintenance Term; and (b) such Support & Maintenance Term for Recurring Licenses will be the same as the License Term.

  • Fees for Support & Maintenance set forth in a Software Order, if any (“Support & Maintenance Fees”), are invoiced in advance of the applicable initial Support & Maintenance Term and each renewal Support & Maintenance Term thereof.

  • During the Support & Maintenance Term, MobileIron (or authorized reseller, if applicable) shall make available to Customer all Updates to the extent generally released to other MobileIron customers receiving the same maintenance services.
