Support Document definition

Support Document means:- With respect to Party A: The Credit Support Annex and any guarantee that is provided to Party B pursuant to Part 5 (b) below. With respect to Party B: The Credit Support Annex.
Support Document. Each of the Issuer Account Control Agreement and the Equity Contribution Agreement.
Support Document means any customer record maintained by the Department in an electronic, hardcopy, or microfilm file storage format.

  • It will use all reasonable efforts to maintain in full force and effect all consents of any governmental or other authority that are required to be obtained by it with respect to this Agreement or any Credit Support Document to which it is a party and will use all reasonable efforts to obtain any that may become necessary in the future.

  • A Defaulting Party will, on demand, indemnify and hold harmless the other party for and against all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, including legal fees and Stamp Tax, incurred by such other party by reason of the enforcement and protection of its rights under this Agreement or any Credit Support Document to which the Defaulting Party is a party or by reason of the early termination of any Transaction, including, but not limited to, costs of collection.


More Definitions of Support Document

Support Document means With respect to Party A: The Guaranty of Swiss Reinsurance Company, dated on or about the date of this Agreement in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A. With respect to Party B: The Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Support Document means any agreement, deed or other document recording the terms of a guarantee, security or other support of any nature provided by a Support Provider.
Support Document means any of the Parent Company Guarantee, the Resource Availability Agreement and the Performance Bond.
Support Document means any customer record maintained by the agency in a file storage format as follows:
Support Document means any document including information required for support of any of the Services or Assets subject to this Contract;
Support Document means a written strategy intended to mitigate an identified risk. Support documents include, but are not limited to, protocols and professional behavior support plans.
Support Document and "Support Documents" shall respectively mean any one or more of this Agreement and any other security agreement, guaranty, hypothecation or other instrument, agreement or document issued by the Borrower or any Surety in support of any of the Obligations or Surety's Obligations (as hereinafter defined), in each case as and when executed from time to time (whether before, as of or after the date hereof) and as the same may be supplemented, renewed, extended, modified, amended, restated or replaced from time to time in the manner provided therein.
