Support Day definition
Support Day means Monday to Friday (inclusive) excluding bank and public holidays;
Support Day means a day which is a Business Day and on which EHG will perform Support and Maintenance Services. EHG will notify the Client in advance of any Business Days on which the Support and Maintenance Services will not be performed. Support Term means the minimum period for which Support and Maintenance Services will be provided, as set out in the relevant Service Level Agreement.
Support Day means, for each location where VNS (or, if applicable for the Product in question, VNI or any VNI Subsidiary) provides Maintenance & Support Services, the greater of (a) the normal business days typical for that location (e.g., for VNS' location in California, Monday through Friday, excluding VNS holidays), or (b) the actual business days of operation at that location.
