Support Contractor definition

Support Contractor means a third party with whom Licensee has contracted to install, maintain, host, or operate the Software for and on behalf of Licensee subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensee must provide written notice to Tyler identifying any Support Contractor that is given access to the Software. All Software disclosed to a Support Contractor must, if in physical form, bear the following restrictive marking: "Commercial Computer Software: The software herein is proprietary to Tyler. and may not be used, disclosed, reproduced, modified, performed, or displayed without the prior written approval of Tyler.
