Support Charge has the meaning given in the Main Agreement. Support Hours: Between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Support Period: the term of the Main Agreement. Support Request: request made by the Client in accordance with this schedule for support in relation to the Software, including correction of a Fault. Support Services: maintenance of the then-current version or release of the Software, including Help Desk Support, but excluding any Out-of-scope Services.

Support Charge means the annual charge made by AM CSS for the provision of the Support Services.

Support Charge means the recurring Charges due to the Company by the Customer in consideration of the provision of the Maintenance Services, as set out in the Order Form;
