SUPPORT BANK definition

SUPPORT BANK means Bank One and any other bank or other financial institution in its respective capacity as an institution extending or having a commitment to extend funds to or for the account of any Structured Purchaser (including by agreement to purchase an assignment of, or participation in Class A Certificates) under a liquidity or credit support agreement which relates to this Agreement.
SUPPORT BANK means any Person extending or having a commitment to extend funds to or for the account of any Structured Purchaser, including by agreement to (i) purchase an assignment of, or participation in Class B Certificates under a liquidity or credit support agreement which relates to this Agreement, (ii) provide one or more letters of credit for the account of such Structured Purchaser, and (iii) issue one or more surety bonds under which such Structured Purchaser is obligated to repay such Person for any drawings thereunder.
SUPPORT BANK means any bank or other financial institution extending or having a commitment to extend funds to or for the account of any Structured Lender (including by agreement to purchase an assignment of, or participation in, the Class B Note(s) held by such Person) under a liquidity or credit support agreement that relates to the Class B Note(s) purchased by such Structured Lender.
