Tenant’s access to the Business Support Areas defined and marked in Exhibit G is limited to Normal Business Hours as determined in section 1.1 and such areas are intended for the use by employees only to the extent that such use is necessary and customary for the support of Tenants primary business and not for the personal use of the Tenant’s employees unrelated to the Tenant’s primary business.
Tenant acknowledges and agrees that all of Tenant’s obligations under the Lease shall apply with respect to the Facilities Support Areas as though the Facilities Support Areas were part of the Premises, except the obligation to pay additional Base Rent or Operating Expenses.
